I’ve been active my entire life- playing football, wrestling, and running track growing up, and later competing in and qualifying for nationals in bodybuilding competitions. After earning my B.A. in Telecommunications from Ball State University and working in television for a couple years, I realized I couldn't work a sedentary career. I then received my CPT and CES from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have been training clients ever since.

With over two decades of experience, my training background began in sport-specific performance and evolved into a movement-focused approach to functional strength, pain reduction, and weight management.
I believe in sustainable lifestyle habits. There are no crash programs or quick fixes—just intentional training that supports long-term health, performance, and resilience.
